Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecology (or PAG) is a subspecialty of Obstetrics & Gynecology. It is a physician who graduated medical school, did a 4-year residency in OBGYN, and then a 2-year fellowship in PAG (aka, double-board certified!). It helps bridge the gap between pediatricians who aren’t comfortable with reproductive concerns and OBGYNs who aren’t comfortable with young patients.

SPARC! Gynecology is out of network for ALL insurances. This means we take all* patients and charge you directly. You should still maintain an insurance for your other care, emergencies, and to help with labs and medication costs.

We offer either age-based memberships with discounts on procedures, or if not a member you can see our costs details here.

You can also use Reimbursify to submit a claim of your bill. Dr. Imbo cannot guarantee if or how much your insurance will reimburse.

*Unfortunately, Dr. Imbo cannot see Medicaid or Medicare patients at this time.

Currently, Dr. Imbo is only licensed in Florida meaning you need to have an address in Florida to receive care.

Phone, email, text are all options!

Non-emergent and new patient messages received after-hours will be answered during office hours. Please do not rely on messaging for urgent issues and seek emergency care!

As long as you need!

If you have a membership, all your visits are included in the cost. For non-members, your visits are priced by 15 minute intervals. (i.e., 0-15min = $99, 16-30 min = $198, 31-45 min = $297, etc).

Gone are the days of being rushed out the door in 10 minutes. Also, there’s no reason a quick check in should cost as much as a long conversation. You are in charge of your visits.
