For kids and teens (and adults too), my primary focus is listening and educating. It is very rare that I need to do an extensive exam on young patients, and if I do I will make sure to warn you, explain every step, and only perform what you are comfortable with. The first visit is my opportunity to get to know you so it can often be 60+ min - however long you need to feel heard and reassured!

Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecology (or PAG) is a subspecialty of Obstetrics & Gynecology. It is a physician who graduated medical school, did a 4-year residency in OBGYN, and then a 2-year fellowship in PAG (double-board certified!). It helps bridge the gap between pediatricians who aren’t comfortable with reproductive concerns and OBGYNs who aren’t comfortable with young patients.

You can also use Reimbursify to submit a claim of your bill. Dr. Imbo cannot guarantee if or how much your insurance will reimburse.
