No, memberships are meant for continuity of care and should be maintained for a minimum of 6 months. Afterwards, you can cancel with a 30 day notice.
If membership is canceled and reinstated within 12 months, a $200 reinstatement fee applies. This supports continuity of care and administrative reactivation.

Yes, if your first visit was pay-as-you go but you want to switch to membership afterwards you can. If your follow up visit is the same month as your initial visit, the first month’s membership fee will be waived.

No. Insurance is the reason most doctors are forced to have thousands of patients, rush through visits, and have 3+ months waits. By not billing insurance, direct care allows SPARC to offer personalized care.
HSA/FSA funds may be used, and a superbill can be provided upon request although SPARC cannot guarantee reimbursement from insurances.
Membership not for you? No problem.
Pay-As-You-Go Visits
Perfect for one-time consultations, second opinions, or occasional visits. Members don’t pay for any visits!
A comprehensive visit to review your history, concerns, and create a personalized care plan. Visits are typically 60-90 min.
For ongoing concerns, symptom follow-up, treatment adjustments, or new issues. Visits are typically 30-45 min.
A comprehensive visit to review your history, concerns, and create a personalized care plan. Great for second opinions or simple questions about your health that don’t require a physical exam. Visits are typically 60-90 min.
Convenient virtual care for many concerns including medication follow-up, lab review, and counseling. Cannot include visits that need a physical exam.
