Below are the fees for various procedures and labs. Procedures are charged in addition to your visit fee. Members receive a 25% discount from procedure fees. Labs can be covered through your insurance, if desired.

Contraceptive devices are obtained separately and are often covered at no cost through insurance when ordered through a pharmacy benefit. If paying out of pocket, typical costs are listed below.
IUD insertion — $45/$34
IUD removal and reinsertion — $60/$45
Nexplanon insertion — $25/$19
Nexplanon removal — $20/$15
Hormonal IUD (Mirena, Liletta, Kyleena) — typically $800–$1,300
Copper IUD (Paragard) — typically $900–$1,300
Nexplanon implant — typically $700–$1,000

Surgical pricing reflects your surgeon’s professional fee and includes pre-operative planning, the procedure, and routine post-operative care.
Facility, anesthesia, and pathology fees are billed separately and can be covered by insurance.
Minor procedures under anesthesia - starting at $500
Minor surgery — starting at $750
Moderate surgery — starting at $1,500
Complex surgery — starting at $2,500
